When you purchase a game listed in 'Like New' condition, that is what you should receive. If your order was for game with the box and instructions that is what you should receive. If an item has blemishes we will make a note of this.

Although we try our best to be accurate in the descriptions of the items's condition, we are only human and will make mistakes. And items break during shipping too. If for any reason you are un-happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or replacement if one is available.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned that were purchased by mistake, returned for personal reasons, or if an item works after testing the return. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
