This cartridge includes the two classic puzzle games, Tetris and Dr. Mario. In Tetris you move blocks to fill up a row, once the row is filled it disappears. The more rows you clear the faster the blocks drop and the harder it gets. In Dr. Mario you kill different colored viruses by placing pills of the same color on top of them. If there are three of the same color on a virus it is killed. This is a great combo cartridge for any puzzle lover.

The game itself is a classic and one of my favourites, the cartridge that I received, however does not work as well as my other games. It takes a lot of fiddling and in and out before it will work.
