CIB - Complete in box. This includes the game, manual, original case and boxart. There may be additional pack-ins. Clam shell cases for disc-based games may have been replaced with case of same color.
Boxed - Game in box. This includes the game and the original box and boxart. Clam shell cases for disc-based games may have been replaced with case of same color.
Loose w/Manual - The game is loose, no box or case. The game comes with the original physical manual.
Loose - The game is loose, no box, no manual, no boxart, etc.
Great - The game labels are fully intact and unmarred by scratches, tears or other wear. Boxes are in near new condition. Manuals are in near new condition.
Good -The game labels show some minor wear or scratches but are intact. Boxes may show wear, be slightly crushed or otherwise have minor cosmetic damage. Manual pages and covers may be crinkled or have corners or page folds but it is complete and close to near new.
Acceptable - Game labels show wear, some rubbing or turned up corners. May have small amount missing (up to 20% give or take). Game boxes may be crushed or cases may be broken and missing small pieces but still have enough integrity to contain game and materials. Manuals may be torn pages or other damage but are generally complete.
Poor - This is the catch all for anything below Acceptable. Game labels may be anywhere from 20% unreadable to completely missing. Game manuals may be torn or have pages missing. Game boxes or cases may be cracked and have pieces missing including medium-sized holes.
