We offer refunds of the items value if they are returned within 7 days after the item is delivered. Customer Pays shipping but there is no Restocking fees.
The Method of refunds is through the same way the order was placed.
On New or Sealed Items, the item must be returned unopened with its original seals. Opened items that were purchased new won't be elegible for a return.
Defective Orders
We offer full refunds or replacements on all items that are defective, you must notify us within 7 days of the item arrival.
We provide a prepaid label for the defective items to be shipped back.
All items are tested and checked before they are shipped out to our customers
Broken/Damaged/Stolen Orders
We are not responsible if the item is stolen from your box, porch, doorstep.
We are not responsible if the USPS breaks or damages your order, however we will provide any assistance with any claims you want to file with the USPS.
