JJGames.com Order Policies
In the event that a customer wishes to return an item that works, the following are the steps JJGames uses to handle such a request:
- Customers must contact JJGames via e-mail within 7 days of receiving the items.
- Upon receiving the product, JJGames will send a refund to the customer for the price that they paid for the product, minus a 15% restocking fee. JJGames will not refund shipping prices in this situation.
- If an order utilized free shipping and the return lowers the overall order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount along with the restock fee.
- Please package items using a proper amount of packaging material so the items are not damaged during shipping. If an item is damaged due to packaging neglect, JJGames may choose to pay less or none of the claim.
In the event that a product arrives to the customer in a non-working state, the following are the steps that JJGames uses to resolve the issue:
- Customers must contact JJGames via e-mail within 7 days ofreceiving the items. The e-mail must detail each non-functional item and how this determination was made.
- JJGames may contact the customer regarding any potential, and reasonable, suggestions in an attempt to correct the issue.
- If it is determined the item cannot be fixed without returning the item to JJGames, the customer shall return the item using USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail shipping methods within 30 days of notification. Customers not from the United States should use local standard shipping methods.
Upon receipt of the non-working item(s), the following will occur/apply:
- The items will be tested to confirm non-functionality.
- Items found to be functional may incur a 15% restocking fee andshipping fee if free shipping was utilized on original order.
- Items confirmed to be non-functional will either be repaired or replaced if possible; return shipping costs will be covered.
- If an item cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be issued instead.
JJGames will not cover the cost of insurance, delivery confirmation, or additional international shipping/customs fees due to currency exchange issues.
Please note that when returning items to us, please package the items using a proper amount of packaging material so that the item is not damaged during the shipping process.
- We are not responsible if the item is stolen from your box, porch, doorstep, etc.
- We are not responsible if the USPS breaks or damages your order, however we will provide any assistance with any claims you want to file with the USPS.
- Free shipping items do not include insurance.
